Victoria University acquires land in Nalya for a mega campus

The director of Victoria University, Rajiv Ruparelia, has confirmed that they have acquired 15 acres of land to up a mega campus.

Victoria University is one of the best higher institutions of learning in Uganda, and stands out as a centre of academic excellence.

“Victoria University has acquired a 15-acre piece of land in an upscale Kampala suburb of Naalya to design and construct a fully-fledged campus for hands on training in technology and other courses with facilities like laboratories,” Rajiv said during the institution’s fourth graduation ceremony recently.

“Victoria University, is one of the best universities in Uganda, and stands out as a centre of academic excellence. We offer a fresh and intellectually stimulating environment that nurtures critical thinkers.” He said

The university was opened in August 2010 and has the capacity, the facilities and determination to revitalize higher education in Uganda and in the region. The university is centrally located in the heart of Kampala City and on the main public transportation routes coupled with ample parking space.

Sudhir starts the construction of 250 apartments

City business man, Sudhir Ruparelia has started the construction of yet another apartments at Bukoto adjacent to the Kabira country club.

The construction of the 250 fully furnished apartments is under taken by Vcon construction (U) LTD and are expected to done in 2020. The apartments are schedule to be part of Kabira country club constructed due to limited space at the club due to high influx of visitors.

In April this year, Repaleria group launched a state of the art building dubbed Kampala Kingdom Mall located in the heart of Kampala and this month, the group launched its new Electrical Plaza located on Market Street in central business district, Kampala.

Ruparelia Group is mainly involved in education, real estate development and management, hotels, resorts, floriculture and broadcasting. Sudhir Ruparelia, the Group’s founder and chairman, is the majority shareholder in the companies that comprise the group.

Ruparelia group launches state of the art Electrical Plaza building

Ruparelia Group has officially launched its new Electrical Plaza building, located in the heart of Kampala, the country’s central business district.

Under Crane management services (CMS), the state of the art building is located on market Street in Nakasero, Kampala. Crane management is currently letting out space for all interested people to put up their businesses.

The 12 storied commercial building is made up of 220 shops, 56 apartments and two floors of parking. All new customers will start with two free months of rent.

This building adds to a number of the many well-furnished buildings of Crane chambers, Speke apartments, Kampala Boulevard, Market Plaza, and Kingdom Kampala among other buildings.
