The Chief of Defence forces Gen.Katumba Wamala has donated $2000 towards the treatment of local kadongo Kamu artist Mamuli Katumba. The money comes at the time when various artists are rallying Ugandans to come to Mamuli Katumba rescue.
Katumba was diagnosed with diabetes and has been bedridden for over 6 months now.
He was one of the top artists in the 90s and early 2000 and many will still wonder how its possible he can’t support himself.
