On Monday, he went to social media and shared the official invitation letter and email from the organizers of this year’s 2023 Africa Event Awards.
Kavuma Stuart alias Slick Stuart was nominated in the category of the ‘ ‘Event DJ of the Year’’ in this year’s 2023 Africa Event Awards.
Addressed to his management, the letter further acknowledged his exceptional work and contributions to the event industry across the African continent.
The Africa Event Awards ceremony will take place on Friday this week at the residence of the South African High Commissioner in Accra, Ghana.

The winner in each category will be determined by public votes, through a voting portal now available for public participation.
Formerly known as the Ghana Event Awards, the Africa Events Awards was established in 2016 to recognise the exceptional efforts made by African event managers and organisers in curating impactful and memorable event experiences across the continent.
This year’s event will bring together emerging and established entertainers, industry players, and influencers who have contributed immensely to the growth of Africa’s event industry. Winners for each category will be announced at the gala night.
