Initially, the tickets to the much anticipated NE-YO pop and Jam concert were not for sale. It only took one to take Bell Lager; check under crown and one with 10 codes get to win a ticket the event.
For the past 8 weeks, a promotion has been going on in bars where different people have won tickets for the concert which is slated for October 30th at Cricket Oval in Lugogo.
Earlier today, the organisers of the event announced that there will tickets to the concert but the number was limited. Only 5000 tickets will be available at the New Vision offices in a first come first serve basis. The reason for putting up the 5000 tickets was to give a chance for the people who donot drink beer and they would want to Pop and jam.
According to Mr Nyimpini Mabunda, the managing Director of Uganda Breweries Limited, limited tickets are being put up for sale to cater for those who were left out, the promotion will still go on until October 29th.
The tickets will go for Shs120,000 VIP and ordinary tickets will go for Shs60,000.
