AFC Leopards midfielder Bernard Mangoli has been voted as the July Kenyan Premier League Fans Player of the Month.
According to the official Kenya premier league website, The former JMJ Academy midfielder got 53 percent of the 10,102 votes casted to beat the other five-players nominee list that also had on-form Tusker forward Jesse Were, Mathare United’s Noah Abich, KCB forward Chrispinus Onyango and Muhoroni’s Wyclife Ochomo to the monthly award that comes with a personalized trophy and KSh10, 000 cash reward.
The soft-spoken Mang’oli thanked the fans for voting for him and promised to work even harder to ensure his club does well in their upcoming fixtures.

“I want to thank all the local football fans that voted for me and I promise to work harder now to ensure my club, AFC Leopards, does well,” he said.
“I would like to surpass my highest scoring tally of five goals which I achieved in 2010 during my first season at AFC. I have scored four already and I am optimistic I can score more.”
